Brand Identity

For the first time in 25 years the New Zealand Police have a unified and modern brand identity.

 

 

 

This is an evolution of the existing Police identity to avoid any public confusion. However, it now has a more professional, approachable, and unified look. This was taken into account when considering colours/fonts and logo structure. The new identity also includes an amended Te Reo translation, ferns and koru to align with our commitment Maori and the Treaty of Waitangi. Everything in the brand mark including supporting elements, has been carefully considered and works well together to help convey a strong unified voice. Combined, this brings about an enhanced community and customer experience.
